We offer personalised homecare services also referred to as domiciliary care. This is provided in the comfort of your home by a professional carer. Our minimal call time is 1 hour and we also provide day sits, night sits and 24-Hour Care. We provide comprehensive support solutions that are tailored to best suit the individual needs of each of our service users. The list of activities below represents the key areas of support we offer our service users:
- Personal Care: Support and supervision of daily personal living tasks and private hygiene such as washing and dressing, bathing, incontinence care, oral care, and general day-to-day grooming. It provides you or your loved one with the opportunity to receive discreet and sensitive one-to-one support from a fully-trained carer.
- Medication Management: Providing safe and effective medication management as per policy.
- Companionship: Taking service users for walks, to the park and offering emotional support
- Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with meal feeding.
- PEG/RIG Feed: Assisting with PEG/RIG feeding.
- Household Support: Assisting with laundry and light cleaning.
- Overnight Care: Providing overnight care for those who have additional needs throughout the night and require 24-hour care.
- Day Sitting: Providing a few hours of daycare each week.
- Live-In Services: Our carers provide personal care, supervision of medication, undertaking household tasks and companionship.
- Errands / Shopping: Assisting with getting groceries, clothing, and other necessities.
